EFC is committed to the State's Minority- and Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBEs) and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) programs. Upon execution of a state contract, state agencies must post contractors' utilization plans or waivers, if granted. The approved utilization plans identify the MWBE / SDVOB subcontractor(s) that will be utilized by the contractor, and the scope of the subcontract.
