EFC is pleased to announce that the updated Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) for inclusion in project bids and contracts funded by EFC are now available. Mandatory T&Cs and associated guidance documents are available for:
- State Revolving Fund projects;
- Projects tagged as equivalency in the Intended Use Plan; and
- State Financial Assistance Only (WIIA Grant) Projects.
Bid and contract documents must contain the appropriate T&Cs in order to remain eligible for financing through EFC programs and to inform contractors and subcontractors of program requirements.
