September 19, 2025 Webinar: Hardship Policies and Income Surveys

Join the Community Assistance Teams from 2-3 p.m on Friday, September 19 for a webinar on hardship policies under the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds. Learn about eligibility for interest-free hardship financing and additional subsidy (grants) to support water and sewer projects. Please register in advance.

The webinar will also review income surveys. Communities can conduct an income survey if they want EFC to consider an adjusted Median Household Income (MHI) that is lower than what U.S. Census data shows. This can help EFC determine if the community qualifies for hardship. Surveys are typically used for special districts or areas without detailed census data.
