Apply for the Clean Vessel Assistance Program

Applicants must submit a Construction and Upgrade grant application to EFC. This application includes basic information, a project description and scope, project costs and requested funding information, as well as compliance with program and permit requirements. 

Applicants are required to submit a Letter of Intent to EFC to obtain grant funding for an Operation and Maintenance grant. The letter should be a one page document indicating the interest in applying for costs incurred during the year. Please use EFC's Letter of Intent Form. 

Applicants must submit and Information and Education grant application to EFC. This application includes basic project information, a project description and the area(s) the project will serve, as well as funding requested by the applicant.
