A/E Procurement applies to:
- Clean Water State Revolving Fund projects, including Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) projects
- Drinking Water State Revolving Fund projects receiving BIL funding
- Green Innovation Grant Program projects
- Engineering Planning Grant projects
- Overflow and Stormwater Grant Projects
